Job Requirements : The Applications Support Specialist PMS/PES is responsible for developing and supporting BUMAs Production Monitoring System PMS and Production Estimating System PES applications
The key objectives of the role are to ensure PMS and PES are always available, fit for purpose, and that end users have the skills and knowledge they need to use the applications effectively.
The role would suit a developer with experience in mining applications, and with strong experience in systems analysis and supporting end users directly Monitor and maintain the availability and functionality of the PMS and PES applications and associated integrations Develop changes to implement enhancements and defect fixes to the PMS and PES applications Maintain PMS and PES development tools and environments.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyse business information needs and deliver solutions based on business requirements.
Work with managed service partner to resolve level 2 PMS and PES incidents and service requests in line with established SLAs Prepare and present Change Requests to the Change Advisory Board CAB and manage the delivery of approved changes to completion Oversee the testing and implementation of PMS and PES-related upgrades and enhancements.
Work with end users to map business processes and develop functional and technical specifications Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and coordinate vendor activities Keep abreast of potential issues, manage risks, and escalate as necessary.
Develop reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insight into the performance and usage of PMS and PES.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all incidents and service requests in ServiceNow Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in software/licence registers.
Experience with Appeon PowerBuilder 2019 R3, PowerBuilder Foundation Class PFC, Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, and SAP SQL Anywhere

Pay: Php130,000.00 - Php155,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:- 13th month salary
