We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Product Functional Consultant to join our team, focusing on Microsoft products. This role involves leveraging analytical skills to drive business solutions, optimize processes, and enhance the performance of our Microsoft product suite. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Microsoft products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and development.- Develop and maintain comprehensive business models and process documentation.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.- Ensure alignment of product development with business objectives and customer needs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably with a focus on Microsoft products.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
