Job Description:As a Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing and deploying various IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft IT Solutions to our customers and clients.

Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing ITSM, IAM, and Microsoft IT Solutions tailored to meet our customers needs and specifications.

Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.

Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.

Business Analysis: Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers business objectives and requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
_While this is open for Fresh Graduates, it will be an advantage if you have;_
- Good experience in installing, deploying, and supporting ITSM, IAM, andMicrosoft IT Solutions.
Familiarity and/or experience with ITSM tools and technologies.- Knowledgeable in web technologies and databases (MySQL, MS SQL).
Good technical understanding of security systems (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, authentication systems, log management, content filtering) is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
