Job Title: Microsoft Azure Engineer
The Role:
As a Microsoft Azure Engineer you will work in a support capacity for multiple clients.
The Infrastructure Engineer includes designing, configuring, deploying, monitoring, diagnosing and
troubleshooting customer telephony, network, server, Microsoft, security and infrastructure issues.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a queue of NOC relating tickets to support our customers
- Support the L1 SNOC team members by
-Creating new knowledge articles
-Provide planned training sessions
-Provide ad-hoc training
-Be the point of escalation for any NOC tickets
- Deliver customer Microsoft and Infrastructure project engineering skills under the leadership of the Team
Leader and Project Management.

- Strong NOC and/or client support experience
- A track record of effectively working with customers, understanding their unique needs and building
- strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An active interest in software systems/engineering and/or system architecture.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong prioritisation skills and a
strategic perspective when addressing complex challenges.
Preferred qualifications:
- AZ104: Azure Administrator Expert
- AZ305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
- Other relevant Microsoft qualifications
