Microfinance Marketing Officer

Job Description:

• Ensure 100% attainment of the monthly target as per mandated by the management.
  

• Ensure 100% attainment of the monthly collection ratio (%).
  

• Solicit new deposit and loan accounts in accordance with the guidelines stated in the product manual.
  

• Receive loan applications and assist in pre-screening loan applicants.
  

• Conduct Market Research and demographic survey on the area assigned.
  

• Conduct Credit Investigation and Background Investigation to all applicants, co-borrowers and co-makers in accordance with the IF Manual (Place of Business and residential)
  

• Evaluate cash flow of loan applicants in accordance of the IF Manual.
  

• Present loan applications to his/her Unit Head.
  

• Ascertain the completeness of loan documents before endorsing the account for validation.
  

• Conduct field and account validations, facilitate Collections and make sure that collections payment are remitted to the branch either online or actual payment.Ensure 100% collection to all dues within the day.
  

• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly review of collection efficiency.
  

• Follow up delinquent client/s immediately and refer to Unit Head within the day.
  
  Enforce Delinquency Alarm Signals and implement according in accordance with the policies of the bank and rules stated in the IF Manual
  

• Recommend remedial measures for delinquent accounts in accordance with the bank policies and guidelines.
  

• Gather Client's feedback and market information:
  
  Call memo reports submission
  
  Client feedback/s on loan and savings product forwarded to Unit Head
  
  Feedback on competition forwarded to Unit Heads
  

• Submission of monthly accomplishment Report
  

• Visit at least five (5) Client's project per day for Loan Utilization Check (LUC). Ensure that all loans disbursed in accordance to the purposed of loan.
  

• Perform other tasks that may assigned from time to time by the management.
  
  
• Qualifications:

Graduate of any Business-Related Course, Senior High School Graduate of ABM strand, Undergraduate of any course or High School Graduate with experience in the same field

• With good costumer service skills

Good communication skills

• With motorcycle and with updated driver's license

Computer literate

• Willing to do field work

Having experience in the same field is an advantage but we encourage fresh graduates to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
