Metal Operations Executive

Job Purpose:

Referred to as Metal Management's NAV superuser, the Metal Operations Executive (MOE) does all NAV system postings including administrative and monitoring of CAPEX, OPEX, Good Receipt (GRs), vendor billings, accruals, asset disposal processing (JD) and other cylinder related transactions.

The MOE will also ensure alignment of both cylinder and valve count (NAV vs actual count) specifically at the contractors site.

The position will also oversee all metal related special projects from time to time.

• Principal Accountabilities:

NAV superuser

• Oversees third party operations (CGS) in terms of cylinder and valve population monitoring

OPEX & CAPEX monitoring

• Purchase Request (PR), Goods Receipt (GR), accruals processing

Cylinder swapping monitoring

• Coordinate w/ Procurement and suppliers on sourcing of products/equipment

Conducts cylinder safety training & cylinder handling for both internal and external stakeholders

• Assess safety performance of metal contractors

Supervise special projects and ensure compliance to HSE requirements and standards

• Ensures special projects are implemented within cost and schedule

Maintain Goal Zero incident

• Qualifications:

Construction project management, operations, manufacturing and or any Engineering experience

• Computer literate

Abreast with technology

• Industrial engineer or licensed Mechanical engineer is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,

• 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
