Job Title: Meta E-Commerce Media Buyer

Salary: $900-1300/month
We are seeking an experienced Meta Media Buyer to lead our advertising efforts across Meta's platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem, capable of executing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement effective media buying strategies on Meta platforms that align with True Classic's brand goals and target audience
- Ad Buying: Manage the end-to-end process of media buying, including budgeting, bidding, and optimizing ad placements to achieve the best ROI
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that capture attention and drive action on Facebook and Instagram
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta's analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
- Audience Targeting: Utilize Meta's advanced targeting capabilities to reach specific demographics, interests, and behaviors
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify the most effective combinations
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spend to maximize results while staying within financial limits
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns
- Trend Analysis: Stay current with Meta's platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep campaigns competitive and effective
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media buying, with a strong focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Meta's advertising platform, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and analytics
- Creative Insight: Ability to work with creative teams to produce ad content that resonates with Meta's audience
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, with experience interpreting complex data sets and turning insights into actionable strategies
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes in the digital advertising landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other social media platforms, such as TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn
- Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing strategies
- Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is a plus
- Certification in Meta Advertising or related fields.
