Role Responsibilities:- Transact and process Government mandated benefits such as SSS, HDMF, BIR and PHIC.
Transact and process regulatory requirements for: SEC, Business Permit, DENR, PEZA and other similar documentations.- Attending to bank related activities such as depositing of cash / cheques, withdrawal of cash and collection of bank statements, etc.
Collection, pickup and delivery of mail and other materials as required from and to the post office, government agencies and other institutions.
- Upkeep orderliness, cleanliness and safety/security of the office.
Conduct scheduled inventories and requests for office supplies, and cleaning supplies.- Responsible in the issuance of consumables, office materials, etc.
Assists company visitors and the preparation of meals and concerns of visitors if there is any.
- Support in the activities of the different departments on a day-to-day basis.
Assist in all company activities from preparation, execution and set down.- Assist in some HR task as may be advised by the head.
Prepare and submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. when needed.
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational/Short Course Certificate in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in General Work (Messenger & Office Maintenance).
Must have knowledge in processing on different government agencies (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH)- With Messengerial experience (Office Set Up)
Can start ASAP.
