Overview:We're hiring a Messenger and Administrative Support to assist our team. This role includes timely document delivery, errand running, and handling administrative tasks related to SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth for our company.
Document Delivery: Ensure prompt and secure delivery of documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Errand Running: Pickup/drop-off of supplies and other items as needed.
Administrative Support: Assist with processing SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, BIR documents and payments.
Communication: Relay messages accurately between team members and external Government Agencies.
Record Keeping: Maintain records of incoming and outgoing files.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time or as needed.
Attention to details with emphasis on accuracy and quality
Must be able to follow instructions precisely.
Willing to be trained and instructed with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, BIR processes.
Familiarity with local area for efficient travel.
