As Senior Merchandising Supervisor, he/she will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of merchandising activities within our retail environment. He/she will lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring that our product displays are visually appealing, strategically positioned, and optimized to enhance the customer experience. He/she will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising plans that align with our brand objectives and drive business results.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management, and team leadership.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Flexibility to travel as needed and work non-traditional hours when required.
