MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

OLFU is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR. The Merchandising Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our OLFU's merchandise. Candidate must have a strong understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products and must have the following qualifications:

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Self-starter with a high level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
