Position Overview
RecruitGo is currently looking for a Merchandising Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure product assortments meet market demand and align with our brand vision.
Responsibilities:
- Manages merchandisers nationwide through a Third Party Agency
- Manage and evaluate Third Party Agency on manning deployment and fill-rates through weekly update
- Effectively manage the distribution and installation of POS materials in retail accounts nationwide
- Ensures that the merchandising budget and OPEX fall within the specified budget metrics and industry standards
- Officer- in- charge of looking for consortium partners to effectively reduce merchandising OPEX while maintaining operational efficiency
- Evaluate and monitor billings of Third Party Agency Conduct business review with accounts and Third Party Agency on merchandiser- related concerns
- Provide an intelligence report on competitive activities to the Trade Marketing and Marketing department
- Provide competitors pricing information on new product categories
- Provide consumer feedback on promotions and product usage to concerned departments Conceptualize and implement brand visibility objectives and standards
- Implementation and evaluation of merchandising development programs and initiatives
- Spearhead the development and execution of CatMan solutions in stores Manage and evaluate third party agencies and merchandising partners
- Ensure the approved merchandising budget is maximized and fully accounted for
- Oversee the availability and manage the deployment of optimal quantities of merchandising materials
- Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of each merchandising unit
- Summarized daily OOS and critical stocks report at trade level to management
- Propose and update all merchandising concerns to SD to immediately resolve issues and concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field is an added bonus
- A minimum of five years experience in a managerial position
- A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be creative and detail-orientated
