and can take charge of these responsibilities:
- Identify and implement marketing and merchandising business plans to maintain and continuously elevate the position of HOBLI's high-end designer brands in the market by analyzing market trends, sales figures, and customer data
Prepares open-to-buy plan based on current inventory, running average sales, minimum store display requirement, and warehouse buffer stocks- Researches, develops, and continually refines collections and product lines and ensures its proper and timely launch by preparing initial allocation and collection presentations a month beforehand
Monitors and evaluates store stock levels, performance, and revenue per brand and considers markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear-outs to develop plans for buying within the set buy-plan
- Develops sales parameters and guidelines, maintains sales and inventory dashboard, and creates timely reports to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly to hit sales targets
Reviews brand performance to achieve business goals and properly develop a brand portfolio- Supervises design process, sampling, and production of product line
Maintains consistency of brand image in online and offline channels
