ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY- Manage deployment and pull-out of ECUs from different outlets in accordance to agreement with sales.
Monthly assessment and reporting of ECUs productivity and sales vs target- Design and implement chiller planogram per channel type as agreed with Brand and Management
Address issues relating to ECU including but not limited to repair and maintenance
- Develop and maintain merchandising supplier relationships
Ensure all merchandising suppliers produce and deliver quality materials at the agreed timeline- Maintain inventory management records of all materials in all sales offices
Manage the on time and organized deployment of all merchandising materials in all sales offices
- Track the execution progress of merchandising materials with the help of the Trade Execution Manager
Develop implementation guidelines for all merchandising materials to be deployed in the trade- Develop and implement an inbound and outbound process for all merchandising materials to ensure utilization is done efficiently
Initiate the allocation for all merchandising materials to be deployed in the trade
- Coordinate with Trade Execution Manager and Trade Marketing Manager to ensure proper alignment and planning are done from allocation planning to trade execution of merchandising materials for all brands
Manage and supervise merchandising blitz schedules- Regularly update and present merchandising execution update to HO TMG.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or MBA Degree
Minimum: Three (3) Years of Trade Marketing, Sales or Brand Management Experience in a local or Multinational FMCG company
