- Supervise a team of merchandisers and samplers in order to ensure smooth implementation of promotional activities and merchandising program.
- Recommend manpower requirements and design geographical deployment.
- Manage, monitor, record, and report on merchandiser roster, assignments, schedule and attendance nationwide.
- Conducts trade audits to confirm merchandiser's compliance to merchandising guidelines/planograms.
- Work with the sales team on the performance evaluation of merchandisers.
- Check and verify daily time records of merchandisers and other merchandising expenses.
- Conduct regular merchandising meetings to communicate directions, address concerns and assess the progress of ongoing projects.
- Conduct product orientation and training to merchandisers and samplers.
- Coordinate and work closely with sales and marketing departments to reach objectives.
