OLFU is for seeking a highly motivated and experienced MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of store merchandising and ensuring
that all retail locations achieve their sales goals. This role involves planning
and implementing merchandising strategies, managing inventory, training
store staff, and optimizing store layouts and displays to enhance customer
experience and maximize revenue.

Merchandising Strategy:

Develop and execute merchandising plans and strategies that align with the company's goals.

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to inform merchandising decisions.

Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to ensure a diverse and appealing product assortment.

Coordinating custom products with colleges and events

-Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.

Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and losses.

- Store Operations:

Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations.

Ensure an efficient process of end-to-end sales loop from manufacturing to customer delivery for physical and online store locations.

- Visual Merchandising:

Design and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and drive sales.

Create appealing and customer-friendly store layouts and product displays.

Regularly update displays to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes.

- Sales and Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Generate reports on merchandising effectiveness and store performance.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and events to boost sales.

• Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising and store operations.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and multiple store locations.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
