Brief Description of the Position:The Merchandising Admin manages the Company's merchandising with the aim of maximizing sales volumes and profitability and achieving market positions in each designated territory in line with the strategic plans of the Company.
Description of Tasks
Monitor and actively manage Merchandising expenses on a monthly basis to comply with budget given.
Prepare a consolidated report of actual merchandising expense ( Visayas/Mindanao , per channel type , per region , per account type , per salesman ) monthly , quarterly , semi-annually and annually.
Direct supervision of the coordinators and evaluate their performance quarterly.
Monitoring of receipt of Agency Reports and conduct weekly report to Sales and Marketing Department (Head count, manpower update, status in outlet cost to sales, competitive activity, and display update).
Coordinate and impose quarterly evaluation with the consortium partners and appointed merchandiser agency, the coordinators and Merchandisers. Evaluation
Monitoring of Merchandisers (deployment of Merchandisers in their respective outlets, status of intro/reliever through their assigned coordinators)
Will conduct Trade Check minimum of once a week up to thrice a week or needed and or as directed by the Merchandising head.
Answers all the audit points, address all concerns raised. To impose action points that is required from the audited points.
Encoding of SM month end report (National).
Encoding of Near to Expire report.
Negotiate with concerned outlets with regards to facing and display and other concerns from Store Supervisor and Manager.
Conduct direct investigation with regards to concerns of outlet and the Merchandiser.
Coordination with KAS and GTS regarding stocks status and inventory level.
Attend meetings with Agencies.
Conduct weekly (every Saturday) meeting with Coordinators.
Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance.
Monitoring and coordination with marketing department regarding activities and its proper implementation.
Maintaining a flexible work schedule in order to coordinate and attend to out of regular hour's events and activities.
Directly reporting to National Sales Manager and Vice President for Business Development.
- Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate of any four year course
Has a minimum 2 years working experience in the same filed
- Has a Good Communication Skills
Keen in to details- Knowledgeable in Computer Office Software

Pay: From Php16,- 75 per month
Supplemental Pay: - 13th month salary
