As a Merchandiser at KLG International Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are effectively promoted and strategically positioned in retail environments. You will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and retailers to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
- Merchandise Planning and Execution:
Develop merchandising strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Plan product displays and promotions to enhance visibility and appeal.
Ensure effective utilization of retail space to maximize sales.
- 2. Product Placement and Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and replenish products as needed.- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
Implement strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations
- 3. Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring:
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
- Analyze competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions.
- 4. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional campaigns.- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and suppliers.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align merchandising efforts.
Highschool Graduate/ College Undergraduate/ ALS Certificate Completer
- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
