Meet monthly sales targets by monitoring product displays and storage capacity, conduct regular store visits, and holding monthly meetings with store teams to explain and review sales targets.
Manage bulk purchase inquiries from both Store and E-commerce teams to boost sales
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
Create regular reports on merchandise performance, including inventory turnover and sell-through rates, to optimize product movement.
Assist with managing damaged goods and work closely with store managers, warehouse and logistics teams.
Continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a retail or merchandising role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create insightful reports.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
