We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inventory checks, liaising with branch managers, preparing sales reports, and submitting replenishment requests to the main office. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory checks at our concession shops to ensure accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
Liaise with branch managers to coordinate inventory-related activities and address any stock-related issues or concerns.- Prepare detailed sales reports, including sales performance, stock movement, and product trends, for management review.
Collaborate with the main office to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment requests to the main office to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure proper product placement and merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.- Conduct store visits to assess compliance with visual merchandising standards and provide feedback and recommendations.
Assist in setting up displays, signage, and promotional materials as required.
- Provide training and support to branch staff on inventory management processes and procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to contribute to sales strategies and decision-making.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a merchandising or inventory management role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with branch managers and effectively convey information to the main office.- Attention to detail and accuracy in conducting inventory checks and preparing sales reports.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative.
Flexibility to travel and work at different concession shop locations as required.- Understanding of visual merchandising principles and brand guidelines.
Knowledge of retail operations, sales processes, and inventory control best practices.
