Minimum Qualifications:- Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
Knowledgeable of design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and calculation software.- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical design (AC system & Fire protection System).
With experience in Air-conditioning systems (Chilled water, centralized ducting system & water-cooled system).
- Knowledgeable in Technical details of AC System/ Fire Pro.
- Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design all Air-conditioning System and Fire Protection System of the store, ensuring compliance with standards, local regulations, and authority requirements.
- Create complete technical details for AC & Fire pro system of the store.
Handle several mechanical design tasks across all EO projects and other special projects.- Inspect together with the assigned PM all installation done by contractor during construction & turnover of the project.
Collaborate closely with Interior Designers/Architects, Project Managers, and other engineering disciplines (including mall engineering) to integrate AC systems & Fire pro system seamlessly into project designs
