MEPFS Engineer Responsibilities:- Understand building construction, engineering, and/or architecture.
Utilizes software applications such as AutoCAD for technical works- Thrive in a team environment both contributing to larger projects and producing independent work.
With experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety works and system design
- Coordinates with the technical team and subcontractors with regards to designating tasks
Be able to multi-task and deliver parallel successful products.- Creates simulations and tests to validate and improve site logistics, safety concerns, building sequencing, scheduling, and VR experience
Perform preconstruction model tasks quality verifications, schedule validations, constructability reviews, and virtual mock-up production.
- MEPFS Engineer Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineer
- With at least 3-5 years of experience
Must have an experience working in a construction site- PRC License is not required but an advantage
Must be committed to be assigned in Paranaque and may be assigned in Siargao Island Projects in the future
