Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites- Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
Draft and provide written reports to the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager, as well as other concerned departments, regarding MEPFS construction matters, construction progress, implementation and completion of MEPFS construction works
- Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of MEPFS contractors; and ensure that they provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation or records
Validate design issues related to MEPFS and suggest alternative solutions- Coordination and administration of MEPFS related materials, systems and drawing submittals
Facilitate/Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEPFS equipment
- Attend and document weekly site meetings with the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager, contractors, subcontractors and other site personnel on matters regarding MEPFS construction progress
Perform other related duties as assigned
