- Oversee proper and timely implementation of all MEPFS works on site.
- Advises the Site Manager relating to the technical aspects of the mechanical, electrical and fire protection services that may affect construction progress/schedule, quality, and project budget.
- Participate in technical team meetings and provide inputs to issues relating to design or value engineering initiatives.
- Assess construction progress vs. project schedule and recommend catch-up methodologies if needed.
- Assists the Site Manager in the preparation of monthly progress report (includes accomplishments to date, target accomplishment next month, project schedule, update on project budget vs. actual, change orders/potential change orders, cash flow projections, contractor's safety performance, Designer's QA/QC, Contractor's environmental compliance, community issues or any issues that may impact cost or schedule.
- Reviews Contractor's shop drawings against for-construction drawings and return to Site Manager with appropriate comments / approval.
- Reviews Contractor's installation method statement.
- Actively participate in the testing and commissioning of the facility.
- Ensure punchlist items are rectified accordingly.
- Review of as-builts plans, ensure all changes during construction are incorporated.
- Assists the Site Manager in the preparation of project close-out and turnover reports.
- Other tasks the Site Manager or Owner's Representative may assign from time to time.
- Qualifications:
Male or Female
Licensed Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of five (5) years experience in Construction as MEPFS Engineer.
Experience in cold storage construction is a plus Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Project, or Primavera
Willing to be assigned in/resident of Panabo City, Davao del Norte
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM; Saturday 8:30AM to 12:00PM
