JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitors and evaluates the quality of all MEPF works.
Mechanical Engr. for operation/Execution of MEFPS.- Consolidates and coordinates all issues and problems related to MEPF.
Vendor appraisal review and coordinates with suppliers regarding schedule of material deliveries.
- Verifies billings for subcon and operations.
Evaluation of MEPF drawings and designs endorsed by the Management Team.- Monitors and evaluates site installation based on contract, specifications and standards.
Monitors schedules and work plans of MEPF subcon.
- Prepares and submits necessary documents and reports required by the Management.
Performs other management mandated functions.
Must be a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer- Preferably is a PRC License holder
Must have at least 3-5 years site experience
- Knowledgeable in MEPFS works and familiar with the design standards and codes
Must be organized and has initiative to take actions with minimal or no supervision- Confident decision-making ability
Excellent communication skills
Working schedule: Monday to Saturday- Working hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,- 00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Education:
Experience:- Engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
MEPF Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
