MEPF QUANTITY SURVEYOR A graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least three (3) years Quantity Surveying experience in High-Rise Building construction
Willing to work on-site
Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Critical thinker, sharp and intelligent
Proficient in MS applications and Auto CAD
Organized, trustworthy and Team player
Keen to details
Knowledgeable in PlanSwift Software
Interpreting Construction drawings and evaluate accomplishment on site
Familiar with project materials and technical specifications
Sound understanding of building materials, construction methodologies and industry customs
Competent in quantity take-off for Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire protection works
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Ability to identify, evaluate, and process variation orders
