Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer & Master Plumber.- Extensive experience in MEPF systems design and construction, with a proven track record of leading a team.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Minimum 2-3 yrs of professional experience
Working experience in CAD Design (Aircon and ventilation, plumbing, CDA and fire protection)- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency in MEPF related software and tools
- Coordinate and oversee the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components
Review and approve mechanical designs and documentation- International exposure is an advantage
