The main role of MEPF Engineer is to ensure that the highest quality of mechanical, electrical plumbing and safety construction works are in accordance with the project specific costs, set standards and schedule requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites
Plan MEPF system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule- Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of MEPFS contractors; and ensure that they provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation or records
Validate design issues related to MEPF and suggest alternative solutions
- Coordination and administration of MEPF related materials, systems and drawing submittals
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Must be a licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Experience in supervising construction projects with excellent understanding of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and finishing work
- Proficient in reviewing and reading engineering drawings
Thorough knowledge of local Building and Engineering Codes- Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Good interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Residing in Cebu City / Lapu-Lapu Area
