Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated MEP Engineer to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our projects. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our developments meet high standards of functionality, efficiency, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage, and supervise MEP systems for residential and commercial projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess MEP system requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to MEP systems
- Review and evaluate technical submissions and proposals from MEP contractors and vendors
- Provide technical guidance and support during project execution and resolve MEP-related issues promptly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as an MEP Engineer in the real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.) and MEP design tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
