College graduate of any four year course (preferably)
B. With business development/sales background of 1-2years. Experience in retail, banks, hotels a plus
C. Must have pleasing personality, good PR
D. Has good interpersonal and communication skills (good command of verbal and written language)
E. Must be willing to do field coverage and booth manning
Assist the MM in delivering the Membership target for the store
Helps the MM in identifying new organizations/prospects and implements the plans/programs to acquire Landers members
Supports the MM in preparation of monthly pipeline/ASPI (All Store Programs & Initiatives) Handles field coverage to tap companies and organizations/clubs within the store radius for potential partnerships for Landers Membership
Secures booth activations in different trade events, company tie ups, etc
Builds relationship with VIP members and manages the Member Life Cycle journey in Landers (retention and loyalty)
