Chiefly responsible in handling and overseeing the membership operations of the store.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Guarantees member-customer satisfaction in attending to their needs and concerns and makes sure that these are properly addressed.
Ensures cleanliness of the membership area.
- Sees to it that all membership personnel are updated and properly informed of all in-store's promotions.
Monitors sales operations of the membership (daily remittances and the like, etc.)- Manages subordinates in their day-to-day tasks.
Evaluates membership clerk and sales team performance.
- Supports marketing activities such as telemarketing and other special events.
Ensures that membership sales target are met and adheres to approved.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience working with membership databases, online membership and/or conference platforms
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
At least 3 years of working experience in sales industry- Required skills: Analytical skills, Strong customer service, Excellent communication skills
