Clinical Application Support:- Provide technical support and training on clinical applications to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laboratory information systems and other clinical software.
Conduct training sessions for medical technologists and other healthcare professionals on the use of clinical applications.- Develop educational materials and resources.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory information systems.- Implement quality control measures and monitor system performance.
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology; a PRC license is required.- Preferably with at least 1 year as a Medical Technologist or CAS.
Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and clinical software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Knowledge of laboratory workflows and best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
