We are looking for a Medical Supplies Specialist to support our client in the Healthcare Industry. This position offers you the opportunity to advance your career while contributing to the success of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough research to find new, profitable products.
• Ensure product details are accurately and consistently presented on our eCommerce platform.
• Review product features and descriptions, making updates as needed to improve presentation.
• Keep product information, pricing, and supplier details organized.
• Identify customer preferences and suggest potential trends.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of popular products.

What You'll Bring

• At least 1 year in product research or similar experience in the E-commerce industry.
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with using MS Excel.
• Proficient with data management tools and software is a PLUS
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience using an ERP system like Acumatica, or BigCommerce is an advantage but not required.
