The Nursing Administrative Assistant provides direct assistance for the smooth operations of the Nursing Services Division and works closely with the Chief Nursing Officer. Uses effective clerical and communication skills in managing the needs of the division and its program of activities /tasks.
Guides/refers to any related query as needed.

Promotes positive image and reputation of Nursing Division and the whole healthcare team- Observes confidentiality and retains trust of the Nursing Leadership Team
Assists in data collection and report development/progress of the work assigned
- Records and files committee meetings of the Nursing Leadership Team with attention to detail, adaptability and confidentiality
Performs routine office and clerical work/support- Answer phone calls and relays messages for the Nursing Team
Follows set policies and procedures of Nursing activities
- Exercise appropriate judgment in carrying out instructions
Order supplies for the nursing services office- Observes regular reliable attendance and has proper time management.
Performs regular audit on documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly updated, safe kept and disposed according to department's document retention period.
- Monitors division quality indicators.
Monitors division fixed assets, supplies, purchase requisition, request for payment, etc.- Handles all administrative and staff support as instructed by the Division/Group Head.
Creates, composes and edits written materials.
- Prepares and monitors work orders needed by the division/group.
Maintains files and control logs for the division/group.- Safe keeps released documents and provides back-up files.
Compliance with internal/external Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in corporate/division/group activities.
Manages expenses within allotted division/group budget.- Other duties and ad hoc tasks/projects that may be assigned by immediate superior and nursing leads
Graduate of any Business or Medical/Clinical-related Course (minimum Bachelor's degree holder)- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a Hospital or Medical facility in an administrative role
Must be adept with generating reports using MS Office
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills and have high sense of urgency and accuracy
Must be proactive and have strong interpersonal skills- Must have excellent Communication skills (speaking and writing) in the English language
Willing to work in Arca South, Taguig City in an on-site work setup
