I. Job Summary:Responsible in promoting and selling dermatological equipment and devices to healthcare professionals, primarily dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners. Responsible in building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
- II. Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and key decision-makers within the dermatology and aesthetics market.
- Present and demonstrate derma machines to healthcare professionals, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications.
Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
Conduct product training sessions for customers to ensure proper utilization of derma machines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with key industry influencers to endorse derma machines and enhance brand credibility.- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Gather feedback from customers and market insights to identify areas for product improvement and business growth.
Analyze sales data and market reports to assess performance and identify opportunities for expansion.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents accurately and timely.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and product inventory.
- Other related tasks that can be assigned from time to time
Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Previous experience in medical sales, particularly in selling dermatological or medical devices.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
