Roles & Responsibilities:
- Person should only be from Diagnostic industry.
- Driving Top Line sales numbers / Revenue Targets allocated.
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets of the territory and taking care of collection & payment outstanding.
- Maintaining working hygiene by ensuring 100% MSL coverage, Daily Call Reporting (DSR) and call frequency as per the pre-approved daily work plan.
Identifying and managing the Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business Leaders for the organization.- Meeting doctors, making scientific presentation and building relationship to generate prescription.
Communicate with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our tests/panels utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Relationship building with Key clients & doctors to ensure revenue and provide new leads by detailing core USPs of the organization.
Should have a good knowledge of functions and services of a diagnostic center like Pathology, Radiology.- Organize & Conduct CMEs/RTMs with clinicians and medical associations.
Must be familiar with Day-to-Day Diagnostics business operation practices.
- Acquiring new business/laboratory tie-ups, outsourcing etc.
Adhere to the marketing strategies/tactical plans as and when laid down by the organization.- Build relations/ company image by maintaining close contact with customers, Health Care authorities, registration offices, Health Care associations, government, patient groups, and the community.
Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals and offering suitable tests/panels.
- Ensure all company activities are conducted within the framework of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
