• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The successful candidate will play an important role in:

Creating product demand | Demonstrating/presenting products | Establishing new business |Maintaining accurate records | Preparing bidding documents | Negotiating contracts

• Reaching monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;

Promoting and selling the company's products through daily hospital coverage;

• Arranging appointments with doctors, end-users, administrative hospital staff, and other key decision-makers to organize product presentations;

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clients;

• Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional society conventions and exhibits

Creating demand and increasing awareness by emphasizing the need for core products.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, chemistry, nursing, or business administration

• Preferably with experience in the medical device industry;

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge about the hospital's structure and process flow is an advantage.

Must be results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets;

• Skills: presentation, communication, negotiation, and good selling skills.

Preferably a resident of the open area;
