  • Leads and manages the entire territory.
  • Over-all responsible for the territory sales revenue.
  • Prepares strategic sales plan, and marketing plan for the territory
  • Responsible for the territory budget and expense every year.
  • Researches and develops sales opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the team and initiate improvements.
  • Formulate sales stream and implement action plan.
  • Attend association conventions, trade fair, and exhibits.
  • Participate in government biddings.
  • Conduct sales training, continuous coaching and motivate sales team.
  • Negotiate and closes contract agreements with potential client/customer
  • Build professional relationship with client/customer as well as principals.
  • Perform other job related duties that may be expected to the role that are not indicated herein

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4 year business course, allied medical course but not preferred.
  • Has at least 5 years work sales experience leading and supervising a team.
  • Preferably with sales experience working in medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, healthcare industries.
  • Good selling and presentation skills.
  • The ability to follow client specifications.
  • The ability to identify market trends and make decision.
