SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: A Medical Sales Associate is responsible to assess the needs of its clients and offer possible solutions through the company's products and services. The primary role is to promote and sell the company's products and services, develop new clients and strengthen existing relationships. They are responsible as well for selling medical devices and related products. They develop and expand an assigned teritory, identifying and cultivating high-value prospective clients.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Making appointments to meet and reach out to new and existing customers through various channels such as face-to-face, online, phone calls, social media, etc.
Preparing pipeline and researches for prospective clients
Making presentation materials to promote products to hospitals/supermarket and as needed
Selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand and maintaining customer relationships
Preparation of contracts and other documentary requirements
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Monitoring orders and sales, and coordinating with the internal accounting unit
Participating in company meetings with sales managers and other sales representatives for brainstorming and reportorial purposes.
Going to conference and seminars and keeping up with industry trends
Visit target accounts and coordinating to prospective clients
