Job Description

Responsible for HCP coverage to promote company products.
  • Effectively promote company products to Healthcare Professionals though regular HCP visits and one-on-one detailing.
Maximize product and territory potential through aggressive daily coverage and effective implementation of sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities in his/her designated territory and maximize business potential that will lead to productivity and profitability
Building and maintaining effective relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and supporting admin staff
  • Stay informed of the latest scientific data supplied by the Company, maintain knowledge of new developments and develop strategies for increasing opportunities to share these to contacts in the Healthcare sector
Coordinate with Sales Admin, Trade Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure that business objectives are attained
  • Implement company-directed activities with high morale and integrity relevant in building business and professional relationships with internal and external customers
Observe accurate and timely submission of reports as required by the Management
  • Responsible for the achievement of targeted sales in his/her designated territory.
Observe Strict compliance to achieving the required calls per day
  • Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Biology, Pharmacy and/or other related Health Sciences Course.
Excellent Product Detailing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Effective communication and Presentation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Persuasive and resilient.
Analytical and Data Driven.

  • Proven Medical Sales Experience is an Advantage
Proficient in usage of computer software and tools, especially MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Physically and Mentally Fit to the demands of Field Work.
Appealing and Engaging Personality.
  • Above Average driving skills with valid driver's license.
Can start to work immediately
