Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Selling beauty and skincare products within Dermatology, Medical and Aesthetic Industry. Able to generate new business and look after or manage existing clients or accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with dermatologists, doctors and aesthetic clinics. Understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and offer suitable solutions. Serve as the main point of contact and handle inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Product Promotion and Training: Educate clients about DMark Beauty products, their benefits and how they can be integrated into dermatological or aesthetic practices. Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of DMark Beauty products to retail decision makers.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Conduct research to identify potential clients, understand their preferences and assess market demand. Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and Sales teams to enhance DMark Beauty's offerings.
- Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the sales process.
- Stay updated on new product launches, enhancements and industry developments to provide accurate information to clients
