Job Description Achieves assigned territorial sales & collection goals/targets.
He or She will be accountable to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Presents/Promotes Detoxicare products to office-based and hospital-based physicians, pathologists, medical technologists, and other key medical personnel in assigned territory.
Plan, develop, and implement sales strategies to his/her assigned territory for the achievement of sales and collection targets.
Maintains regular and complete coverage of assigned doctors, pathologists, medical technologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Actively covers and participates in special forms of promotions such as Clinical Meetings.
Manages all receivables from Hospital, Laboratory, Industrial, and LGU accounts within approved terms. Responsible for aligning and reconciling Accounts Receivables with the Credit and Collection and the accounts in the area.
Does hospitals and laboratory partnership of Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory Services products in assigned territory.
Does regular coverage of drugstores and hospital accounts in assigned territory to check Detoxicare products availability and development of these channels.
Communicates sales and marketing efforts of competition in the assigned area,
gathers competitive data from fieldwork and reports to DM & Marketing Management.
Manages all aspects of assigned responsibilities/deliverables and administrative functions and prepares required reports regularly and promptly.
Attends monthly district meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual conferences to discuss sales operation concerns, corrective action plans, and marketing programs, and implements said action plans/programs in the assigned territory.
Upgrades performance levels in all aspects of work.
Takes action on other activities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
