Rate and Benefits:
Salary: $700 - $900 / month depending on experience
Note: Graduates and Certified in their field will receive an additional $100 with verified credentials.

Individuals with less than 6 months of outbound sales experience.
Role Summary
We're looking for a results-driven Medical Outbound Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relations. We need someone with a strong background in the medical field or a proven track record in the health and wellness space.
Key Responsibilities
Engage potential or existing customers through effective, proven scripts to introduce and explain our products or services.
Serve as a product expert by answering customer inquiries and showcasing the long-term benefits of our offerings.
Deliver tailored sales pitches, adjusting the approach to meet individual customer needs.
Understand customer requirements to close sales effectively.
Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
Process orders with precision and attention to detail.
Address customer concerns promptly to maintain the company's reputation.
Exceed sales quotas by going the extra mile and setting up future sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and valuable customer insights.
Qualifications
With at least 3-6 months of outbound sales experience, or a similar role in the Sales field.
Skilled in recognizing and responding to others emotions.
Emotionally intelligent with a keen understanding of others.
Track record of successful sales, with a high close rate.
Experience in hard selling.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Background in Medical or Health and Wellness (Academic or Work Related Experience)
Work Location: The chosen candidate will be able to work remotely from their location
in Manila/ anywhere in the Philippines.
