Responsibilities:
- Review and verify diagnostic test results to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain meticulous records of released test results, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.- Releasing of results through Email and pickup
Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues in test results, collaborating with laboratory staff to address and resolve concerns..
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to test results, handling concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for healthcare providers and patients.
Monitoring and reporting of pending results to the Supervisor
Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4 year course.
At least 1 year experience in a clinic laboratory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and releasing test results.
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
