• Earn up to
• 5K monthly + 7.5k Sign-on bonus*

• Account specific roles and responsibilities

Processing and following up medical claims, identifying denial reasons for medical procedures, treatments, medication, etc

• Providing accurate information to clients regarding the coverage of their benefits.

Coordinating with insurance providers regarding issues in payments and billing

• Requirements:

At least 1-year BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance

• Good working knowledge in processing claims, benefits, eligibilities, denials

Proficient in MS Excel

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Ability to think outside the box, have analytical mind, generate insights and strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG

• Amenable working night shift
