Answer incoming phone calls during business hours in a professional and friendly manner
Assist with patient scheduling, including setting appointments, confirming visits, and rescheduling as needed
Provide general office assistance, including filing, organizing medical records, and handling day-to-day administrative duties
Assist with mobile shift maintenance, ensuring timely updates and coordination for staff availability
Handle skilled and non-skilled billing for patient services, ensuring accurate coding and submissionManage Long Term Care Insurance billing, ensuring claims are properly processed and followed up on in a timely mannerConduct collections of outstanding invoices, working with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issuesMaintain accurate records of billing inquiries, payments, and balances for both patients and insurance providers

Conduct regular chart audits for both personnel and patients to ensure compliance with medical documentation standards and regulatory requirementsEnsure patient information is accurately recorded in medical charts and that charts are up-to-date and complete
