Key Responsibilities Analyze different types of media content and assign sentiment to coverage collected based on client requirements.
Analyze and categorize content based on specific reporting requirements.
Ensure data is clean and accurate at all times by removing any irrelevant content or duplicate coverage.
Collaborate with team members in Canada and the Philippines to understand the specifics of the client accounts, especially their relevant content and sentiment methodologies to synchronize the analytical reports with these objectives.
Engage in the evaluation and testing of new tools and methods to continuously improve our media analysis processes. Provide constructive feedback to help refine these tools for better accuracy and efficiency.

Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
Adept at using and learning new software
Able to work under pressure when working with tight deadlines and managing multiple competing priorities
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet access
Nice to have: Experience or education in a related field such as communications, market research, marketing, public relations, journalism, content analysis, or media monitoring.
