Responsibilities:
- Digital advertising campaigns: conceptualize, deploy, and optimize, iterate full-funnel campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google SEM campaigns.
- For Google: Search & DSAs, Performance Max, Youtube. Be knowledgeable in basic SEO practices and how it relates to creating effective Google campaigns.
- For Facebook: Awareness, lead generation, or direct conversion campaigns using custom audiences and lookalikes. Nice to have: Experience using the Facebook Marketing API.
- Work with cross-functional teammates in merchandising, product development, graphic design, and digital commerce to execute holistic campaigns.
- Run A/B tests across campaigns to optimize performance and report the results of these tests.
- Measure and report the performance of campaigns in accordance with KPIs and ROI objectives.
- Effective channel budget management and utilization reporting
- Detailed tracking of expenses and performance with actionable insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in media buying across paid media channels
- Proven Ad management experience
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including, but not limited to, Meta Business and Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager; Nice to have: Lazada Seller Center, Shopee Seller Center, Shopee Brand Portal
- Able to manage digital budgets and allocate properly across available paid media channels to reach KPI benchmarks
- Open to work in a hybrid setup in Makati (flexible working hours)
