Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize digital ad campaigns across social media and Google platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving ad performance and increasing ROI.- Work with existing content assets and ensure that ad campaigns are executed effectively.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of both social media and search engine marketing best practices.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
