- Develop Maintenance and Repair Contract (MARC) service offerings (tendering) related to power industry (primarily related to coal-fired power plants, mechanical works) including and not limited to communicating, coordinating, and developing professional relationships with clients
- Assess and quantify overall asset health and opportunity gaps for implementing world
class maintenance excellence practice
- Conduct technical evaluation for equipment and service supply engagements to third
parties
- Develop, review, and implement business processes related to pre-bid assessments and bid response processes
- Develop, review, and implement rate book for MARC services by asset type and activity
- Set-up and review project execution plan to a fully implemented and a stabilized service
delivery
- Confirm client requirements through site visits, virtual meets, and other means of available communication
- Generate innovative maintenance excellence solutions related and not limited to a) Safety; b) Work Environment (People and Asset); c) Equipment Reliability and Maintainability; and d) Asset Lifecycle Cost
